Face dip instructions

This is a very good way to clear your sinuses and reduce puffiness and swelling around your eyes.


Fill a large bowl with 5 to 8 quarts of very warm water, 100° to 105°. Mix 2 Tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and 2 Tablespoons of salt). Do not stir this with your hand – use a clean spoon. Every 4 to 6 treatments, you should substitute 20 drops of iodine ( placeway), and 2 Tablespoons of salt.


After it is completely dissolved, immerse your entire face in the water, up to the hairline, and hold it until you need to breathe—10 to 20 seconds. Lift face out of the water, take a breath, blow your nose. Dip your face in the water again. Do this 3 or 4 times. Open your eyes while you have your face in the water (it will not burn your eyes—if it does, you need more salt in the water).


After each immersion, blow your nose. You may do this entire procedure two or three times a day while your allergies are bothering you, or on a regular basis.
